It is owned by Jazmin Moon, a small-time baker who had dreamed of opening her own shop since she was a little kid. She wanted to make food for the people who needed it and to bring smiles to their faces.
The dream of the bakery had originally been her grandmother's dream until she sadly passed away from breast cancer at the age of 47. In her memory, Jazmin opened the shop and named it after her grandmother.
The Cafe is a small business with a staff of seven people, including the owner. There are four servers, two chefs, and one person that works on finance. The owner herself works in the kitchen on a day to day basis. To ensure customers get freshly baked food, Jazmin goes to work early to prepare a fresh batch of baked goods. These goods include cookies, muffins, cupcakes, and many more. Jazmin also makes a small box of freshly baked goods for anyone who may need it that are unable to pay for a full meal.
